PENN

Alice Penn, 76, of Rockford, Ohio, passed away September 6, 2019, at Dublin Methodist Hospital in Dublin, Ohio. Alice was born on December 14, 1942, in Rockford, Ohio, the daughter of Edwin Frederick and Rebecca Cedell (Tussing) Penn, both of whom preceded her in death.  Alice also had two brothers that preceded her in death, Harold (2018) and Roger (2017).

Alice graduated from Rockford High School in 1961 and lived in her childhood home in Rockford, Ohio until December 2017.  Alice is survived by two nephews and their families, John (Janeth) Penn and two children of Jacksonville, Florida; and Nelson (Maria) Penn and three children of Powell, Ohio.

Friends may call on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 3 o’clock to 4 o’clock in the afternoon at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio with  graveside services immediately following at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
