Christopher D. Osborn, 50, died on July 18, 2018 in Dublin, Ohio.

Christopher D. Osborn was born on March 17, 1968 in Victorville, California.

He is survived by his mother Pamela Osborn; son Christopher Osborn; daughters, Lauren Osborn and Rachel Osborn and brother Tony Osborn.

Dr. Osborn is predeceased by his father R.C. Duane Osborn.

Chris was a 1986 graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford, Ohio before graduating from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio with a B.S in pharmacy in 1991. He became a Doctor of Osteopathy through Ohio University Heritage College in 1996 and practiced medicine for 21 years in Springfield, Tennessee and Dublin, Ohio. From the time he was young, Chris had a passion for medicine and helping other people. 

In his own words: "My philosophy is to put the patient first, provide physical and emotional comfort, and strive for the best care possible. I believe that practicing medicine is an art. A physician's knowledge, prior experience, insight and technical ability all come together when evaluating and treating patients. The importance of compassion and dedication cannot be overemphasized. Every single patient deserves the best." 

Chris saved countless people's lives and eased the pain of many.

He always enjoyed cooking great food, riding his motorcycle, listening to music, watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, playing golf with friends, and spending time with his three children. 

Chris was beloved by many people: family; friends; and patients. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
