Romaine Lavaun Minyoung, 86, of Van Wert passed away at 5:15 PM on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her residence. She was born on October 03, 1934, in Celina, to the late Carl and Ola (Linn) Maurel. Romaine was a 1952 graduate of Rockford High School.

She is survived by her sons: Kent (Arla) Brown of Streetsboro, OH; Stephen (Paulette) Brown of Van Wert; Matthew Brown of Van Wert; daughters: Jennifer (Dale) Trail of TX; Karen (Kelly) Sargent of Florida; sisters: Elaine (John) Dull of Rockford; Mary Linda Beckham of Toledo; Myrna Henn of New Haven, IN; five grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Romaine was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brown.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family
