Retired Judge Timothy Campbell, Greene County, Ohio heard the following arraignment:
Malcom Oliver, 18, Van Wert entered pleas of Not Guilty to charges of Rape, Felony 1, and Sexual Battery, Felony 3. He was released on a surety bond with an order to have no contact with the victim. A pretrial was scheduled for May 8, 2015 @ 11 am.
Elmico Crisp, 39, Van Wert was sentenced on two separate charges of Trafficking Drugs, each a felony 5. He was sentenced to prison for 12 months in each case, consecutive, with credit for 218 days. He was also ordered to pay court costs.
Ashley McKee, 31, Van Wert, appeared for sentencing on a probation violation. She was resentenced to community control under the same conditions plus 60 days jail.
Kasey Schisler, 26, Van Wert, was sentenced on charges of Trafficking Drugs, F5, Trafficking Heroin, F5, and Possession of Heroin, F4. Sentence: 3 years community control, each count, concurrent, up to 6 month WORTH Center, additional 60 days jail at later date, 200 hours community service, 2 years intensive probation, Driverís license suspended 6 months, ordered to pay restitution to West Ohio Crime Task Force $320, plus court costs and partial appointed counsel fees. 12 months prison on each charge, consecutive, is deferred.
Andrew Taylor, 29, Van Wert, was sentenced on 2 counts Trafficking Drugs, F5. Sentence: 3 years community control, 60 days jail at later date, drug court, 2 years intensive probation, Driverís License suspended 6 months, ordered to pay court costs plus partial appointed counsel fees. 12 months prison, consecutive, was deferred.
Danielle Johnson, 27, Van Wert, appeared for a hearing on her motion to determine competency to stand trial. Following an evaluation by Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Toledo, she was found to be competent. A pretrial will be held on April 1, @ 2 pm
Dezmond Bywaters, 23, Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation by entering a guilty plea in a criminal case. Case continued for sentencing on April 1st @ 1 pm.
